Craft Guild Acknowledgement
Andy has been a master in the craft guild of chefs for a while now, however we have just received a letter from them announcing that he is to receive recognition for his contibutions toward the guilds culinary academy and competition achievements over the years. This is a very prestigeous award and one we are immensely proud of.
Redhill Farm
Our on-going quest to source quality local ingredients took us to Redhill Farm near Blyton to research their pork products. After a fascinating tour of their facility all our belly pork, sausages, hams, tenderloins etc. will all be sourced from them. This truly is a field to fork operation and the quality is absolutely fantastic and deserving to be on our menu.
Wine tasting and gourmet evening 12th september 2008
Mr Chris Cottam, our wine guru, will be hosting a light-hearted wine tasting evening which will be followed by a 4 course meal. The wines will be selected from the top end of our new wine list for you to taste and will be available to order with your meal if you wish.
